Here is my plan...we'll see what the week brings as to how closely I follow it.
Mon - grilled cheese and "healthy soup"
Tues - Seafood pasta, my own recipe. Ask for it only if you are okay with imprecise measurements. Salad.
Wed.- Veggie burgers and french fries
Thurs - Baked chicken, mac n cheese and peas
Friday - pizza homemade.
Sat. White chicken chili
Sun - fish, rice salad
